Summer Rates
Our summer rates range from $1,300 to $1,500 weekly, plus the New Hampshire 8.5% tax. You must pay a 50% deposit 60 days before arrival and the remaining 50% upon arrival. If you cancel less than 30 days before arrival, you will lose the deposit, and the cabin cannot be rented. You can pay by check or Venmo, but we do not accept credit cards.
Check-In and Check-Out
Our cabins rent by the week from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in time is at 2:00 PM, and check-out time is at 10:00 AM. Please respect these times to allow us to prepare the cabin for our next guests.
Cabin Amenities
Please bring your own sheets, towels, pillows and blankets for your stay, as we do not provide them. Smoking is prohibited in the cabins, and pets are not permitted on the grounds. Overnight guests are allowed within the sleeping limits of each cabin. We allow up to two-day guests per cabin.
